Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee and administer management investment and bonus programs at Product Life Group, focusing on the comprehensive management and execution of equity-based compensation plans – management share investment packages, free share awards, and bonus plans. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact between leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, and the company’s external law firm, ensuring full compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency. This role is also instrumental in helping Product Life Group streamline and structure its management participation, equity, and bonus administration processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Program Oversight & Administration: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all components of the management package
  • Administer all operational aspects of equity and bonus plans — including documentation, grants, vesting, and reporting
  • Maintain an up-to-date individual shareholder tracker and communicate regularly with top management on shareholder evolution and key movements
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department and external lawyers on the onboarding and exit of shareholder employees
  • Liaise with the M&A team to collect and track retention and equity packages established during acquisitions
  • Legal, Tax, and Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with internal Legal and external counsel to ensure all equity programs comply with relevant laws
  • Analyze and determine the tax and payroll impacts for the company for free share grants
  • Act as the main point of contact during audits related to management packages or equity programs
  • Process Optimization & Governance: Assess and enhance existing processes to improve transparency, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Develop standardized templates, procedures, and communications
  • Implement or optimize tracking and reporting tools
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Committee and Board
  • Manage and structure the group’s bonus programs
  • Monitor bonus plan administration and liaise with Payroll and Finance teams
  • Business integration: Analyze existing compensation and incentive packages
  • Propose an alignment roadmap to ensure coherence and fairness

Requirements:

  • Experience with Private Equity-backed companies
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in equity compensation administration, corporate governance, or financial management
  • Strong understanding of equity-based incentive plans, including tax and legal implications
  • Demonstrated experience working with legal counsel and managing complex documentation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with equity management systems or HRIS platforms is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
