5+ years of experience in equity capital markets, securities law, or related corporate finance practices
Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, bond offerings, covenant structures, and credit rating considerations
Minimum of 3 years PQE as a Equity Capital Markets (IPO), preferably with a reputable law firm or financial institution
