Job Description:

The analyst will be responsible for supporting the global BCMA (Banking Capital Markets Advisory) businesses covering both Debt and Equity products. As part of the Syndicate Middle office team, the analyst will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders ranging from the Deal teams, Business Unit managers, other members of Middle Office and Product Control to provide the best service to the issuers and ensure trade queries and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner

Job Responsibility:

Support global Debt and Equity Capital Markets businesses
Manage and maintain controls over revenue recognition, deal final settlement closeout processes, and investigate outstanding receivables/ payables
Analyze and comment on deal reconciliations and exceptions reports
Provide ad hoc analysis to the deal teams and Middle Office management
Participate in value added projects including and not limited to new revenue recognition workflow implementation, performance analysis, implementation, and support of new business initiatives, and providing specifications and testing for new technologies
Work with global as well as regional peers to communicate ideas and solutions to enhance efficiency and controls

Requirements:

Relevant experience in a related role
Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills
Relevant Degree or equivalent experience
Ability to handle high volume of incoming and outgoing emails
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work well in a team environment
