Previous experience in a Finance PMO Lead, PMO Manager, Business Manager, Transformation PMO or Finance Change role
Strong experience managing governance, reporting, RAID logs, action tracking, workstream coordination and senior stakeholder updates
Confident working directly with CFOs, Finance Directors, senior leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Job Responsibility

Establish and manage PMO governance across Group Finance, including planning cadence, reporting, action tracking, RAID management and delivery oversight
Work closely with the CFO and finance leadership team to track priorities, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies
Support the coordination and delivery of finance transformation, process improvement and operational change initiatives
Prepare clear reporting packs, dashboards, briefing materials and progress updates for senior leadership
Drive consistency and accountability across finance workstreams, ensuring actions are owned, followed up and delivered
Coordinate cross-functional activity between Finance, Technology, Operations and wider corporate teams
Identify delivery risks, blockers and process inefficiencies, escalating where required and helping drive practical solutions
Support improved ways of working across the finance function, including governance, reporting, planning and decision-making processes
