Job Responsibility:
Own consolidated management reporting across delivery, financials, capacity, and risks
Translate complex data into clear executive insight and narrative
Support annual and in‑year planning cycles (OKRs, roadmaps, investment prioritisation)
Maintain alignment between strategy, funding, capacity, and execution
Track changes and ensure implications are visible and managed
Support workforce planning in partnership with leadership
Track headcount, open roles, hiring progress, and onboarding dependencies
Help ensure hiring aligns to priorities, budget, and delivery plans
Coordinate approvals, governance, and reporting related to resourcing
Requirements:
Strong strategic awareness
understands the broader business context, priorities, and trade‑offs behind initiatives
Able to connect day‑to‑day execution to strategic intent, financial reality, and leadership objectives
Expert user of PowerPoint, including executive storytelling, structuring, and visual clarity (not just slide production)
Advanced Excel skills
comfortable with structured analysis, models, trackers, and scenario views to support planning and decision‑making
Extensive experience in a related technology role
Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite
basic macro coding experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred
Nice to have:
Experience in markets technology business (highly beneficial)
Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
Experience with databases and information management
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
