Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced US Equity Sales Trader Executive Director to help continue growth in the EMEA region. This role will work closely with the EMEA Equity distribution team across Paris, London and New York to deliver best in class US equity product service into EMEA based institutional clients.

Job Responsibility:

Perform function of traditional US equity sales trader with responsibility for both HT voice and LT electronic delivery
US equity execution as core product responsibility
High levels of in person client engagement
Extensive business travel
Self-generated content for client consumption
Developing and strengthening existing and incremental firm to firm relationships with EU27 based clients
Working collaboratively across equity disciplines and other CIB markets business areas
Assist with WF mentoring/coaching/evaluation efforts with emerging talent

Requirements:

Experience in Securities Sales Trading or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Highly motivated with strong emphasis on buy side relationships
Strong understanding of dark pools, retail and market structure
Team player able to sell electronic access and good understanding of multiple asset classes
Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to prospect accounts and manage onboarding process
Strong ability to work closely with US trading desk
English fluency required
European language skills considered a major benefit
High energy and self-motivated but highly collaborative
Extensive client facing role experience
Existing roster of relevant institutional relationships
Comparable experience as EMEA roadshow concierge
Relevant AMF certification and must remain fit and proper to perform role
