Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming
Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture
Carry out decorative tasks including stenciling, marbling, and other specialist finishes
Install and repair wall coverings and decorative moldings
Touch up paintwork in guest rooms and public areas as needed
Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections
Work with the engineering and housekeeping teams to schedule painting and decorating tasks with minimal disruption to guests
