Job Responsibility

Plans and schedules maintenance work for rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, and gearboxes
Develops detailed job plans including scope, procedures, labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements
Creates and maintains bills of material, drawings, and equipment documentation
Coordinates with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Purchasing, and contractors
Estimates labor, materials, and costs for work orders
Maintain equipment bills of material, drawings, and technical documentation within the CMMS
Verifies vendor drawings, inspections, and specifications
Performs field walkdowns and job readiness reviews
Supports turnaround, outage, and major overhaul planning
Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and mechanical integrity requirements
