Job Description

Ensure efficient planning of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, ensuring high operational availability, cost control, and permanent alignment with production needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and update the weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plan (250h, 500h, 1000h, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Production the availability of equipment for intervention
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability, MTBF, MTTR, and plan compliance
  • Control equipment working hours and schedule interventions in a timely manner
  • Ensure correct data entry into the system (e.g., SAP or other ERP)
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance and Transportation departments to move equipment to the workshop
  • Monitor maintenance costs and support the department's budget control
  • Issue periodic fleet performance reports
  • Ensure that critical equipment (excavators, bulldozers, cranes, trucks, generators, etc.) maintains a high availability rate

Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance planning for heavy equipment or construction machinery
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance management
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Good data analysis and operational indicator control skills
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics/equipment will be valued
  • Good command of English
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Analytical and results-oriented profile
  • Ability to work under pressure in a demanding operational environment
  • Good interdepartmental communication (Production, Maintenance, Logistics)
  • High sense of responsibility and autonomy

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of mechanics/equipment will be valued
