Equipment Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures
• Conduct mechanical adjustments to improve equipment performance and longevity
• Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures
• Operate forklifts as needed for maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (MaintainX or other systems)
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements
• Perform routine inspections to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency
• Develop and update preventive maintenance (PM) documentation and operational procedures
• Manage critical spare parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize disruptions
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers (ME) and Design Engineers to support production needs
• Uphold 5S principles to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Be available for weekend and off-shift work as needed

• 1-5+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair automated machinery and production equipment
• Understanding of industrial safety protocols and experience with LOTO procedures
• Familiarity with CMMS software (MaintainX or similar systems) for maintenance tracking
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team
