1-5+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or automotive environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair automated machinery and production equipment
Understanding of industrial safety protocols and experience with LOTO procedures
Familiarity with CMMS software (MaintainX or similar systems) for maintenance tracking
Forklift operation experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team

Job Responsibility

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures
Conduct mechanical adjustments to improve equipment performance and longevity
Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures
Operate forklifts as needed for maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (MaintainX or other systems)
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements
Perform routine inspections to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency
Develop and update preventive maintenance (PM) documentation and operational procedures
