Job Description

Operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality products in accordance with specifications, while ensuring equipment performance and product quality.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor operations to maintain product quality and equipment performance, including final quality control checks
  • Alert QC Representative and cell leader/shift supervisor to any quality issues
  • Conduct machinery repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting, coordinating with relevant departments as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental products, raw materials, and quality specifications
  • Document production activities accurately and keep work area clean and organized
  • Support production by delivering materials and parts as required
  • Assist in developing corrective strategies for equipment or operator issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks and coordinate additional repairs
  • Manage inventory of critical machine repair components
  • Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and propose process improvements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience
  • Machinery operation and maintenance
  • Quality control and troubleshooting
  • Documentation and inventory management
  • Safety procedures and continuous improvement
