Job Responsibility

Supervise and support a team of Equipment & PPE Inspectors in a field‑based environment
Carry out formal 6‑monthly safety checks on each inspector, assessing safe working practices, competence, and compliance
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to inspectors to drive continuous improvement
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development discussions
Manage individual and team performance against agreed KPIs, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Identify and address performance issues promptly, implementing improvement plans where required
Monitor inspection quality, audit outcomes, and completion rates
Carry out supervisory audits and spot‑checks to ensure consistency and compliance
Act as the escalation point for safety, compliance, or technical issues
Ensure inspectors maintain required training, accreditations, and competencies
