Our client is a pioneer in the industry, developing the essential analog ICs and embedded processors that shape the future of technology. They are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Assembly EOL (End of Line) Mold Equipment Engineer to join their world-class manufacturing team.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the technical expert for auto molding (standard and mold release film) and moving cavity technology
Drive equipment uptime to achieve OEE targets through the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Lead technical investigations (RCA) using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, Fishbone, and DMAIC
Fine-tune equipment parameters to boost quality, yield, and output, while supporting new mold and package qualifications
Lead initiatives to reduce scrap and equipment-induced rejects, and oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment
Collaborate with maintenance teams on mold repairs and modifications while mentoring junior engineers and technicians
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in mold equipment
Expertise in auto molding
Knowledge of conventional molding and maintenance is a significant plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
