Job Description

We are seeking emotionally perceptive and detail-oriented EQ Annotators to join our on-site team for an exciting gaming-focused AI initiative. In this role, you will help train AI systems to recognize emotional tone and intent in player dialogue and in-game interactions. Your contributions will enhance the emotional authenticity of characters, voice responses, and game narratives making gameplay more immersive and engaging.

Job Responsibility

Review and analyze in-game dialogue, voice lines, etc.
Identify emotional tones such as empathy, confidence, sarcasm, frustration, excitement, or calmness
Annotate and classify subtle emotional cues to help the AI interpret player intent and mood
Evaluate how tone and delivery affect the emotional impact of in-game communication
Collaborate with the project team to maintain consistency and high-quality annotations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong emotional intelligence and sensitivity to tone, mood, and context
Excellent English comprehension, writing, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to distinguish subtle emotional variations
Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work on-site (Bacoor, Cavite)

Nice to have

Background or interest in gaming, psychology, communication, linguistics, or creative writing preferred
Passionate about helping shape AI that enhances player immersion and emotional realism in games
