Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EPMS Project Manager to lead SCADA/EPMS scope across multiple data centre construction projects. This is a critical hire to provide dedicated ownership of EPMS delivery, ensuring technical alignment between design, field execution, and stakeholder requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end delivery of EPMS/SCADA scope across data centre builds
  • Act as the technical bridge between field teams, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Manage project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, risk, and execution
  • Support site activities, including regular walkthroughs and coordination meetings
  • Ensure accuracy of SCADA communications, including Modbus, addressing, and data points
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve field-level issues
  • Support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring prioritisation and delivery alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within EPMS/SCADA environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of SCADA systems and communications (Modbus, data points, addressing)
  • Experience delivering projects in data centres (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to engage with field technicians and translate technical requirements to stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery focus
  • Willingness to be on-site regularly (local to Indiana required)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ignition (Inductive Automation)
  • SCADA/EPMS certifications or technical background
  • Background as a Senior EPMS Engineer or Field Engineer transitioning into Project Management
