Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Manufacturing Consultant to join a leading professional services organization specializing in ERP solutions across manufacturing, distribution, and other industries. You will work closely with clients to implement, optimize, and support Epicor Financials solutions, combining business analysis, system configuration, training, and consultancy to deliver successful outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Epicor Financials implementation projects
  • Analyse business processes and recommend improvements
  • Configure and optimise ERP financial modules
  • Deliver end-user and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Produce project, process, and training documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams
  • Advise clients on financial best practices and system optimisation

Requirements

  • ERP or accounting software implementation experience (Epicor, NetSuite, Navision, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of financial and management accounting, including multi-currency, consolidations, deferred revenue, and cost of sales
  • Manufacturing industry experience is essential
  • Experience with business analysis, process design, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience with distribution, project, or CRM modules is advantageous
