Revenue Cycle Education Manager - Revenue Cycle Education and Development - Baptist Metro Square. Baptist Jacksonville is currently hiring for a Full-time, Revenue Cycle Education Manager to join our Revenue Cycle Education and Development team at our Baptist Metro Square Location here in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a Full-time, Days shift opportunity with the occasional need to work nights and/or weekends. The Revenue Cycle Education Manager will create and review content that is created primarily by the educators and ensure staff is integrating it into the various departments. The ideal candidate will not only need to have the ability to multi-task, but also have the ability to create content in a clear and concise manner. As a Revenue Cycle Education ManagerBaptist Metro Square at, you’ll lead and support a talented team of educators responsible for developing and delivering training across all areas of the revenue cycle — from Patient Access to Hospital and Physician Billing. Your week will include reviewing and refining training content, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals, and helping staff integrate new learning into their daily workflows. You’ll collaborate with revenue cycle leaders and operational teams to identify training needs, oversee the design and delivery of eLearning and instructor-led programs, and coach your team to continuously improve performance and training quality. This role offers the opportunity to blend strategic leadership, instructional design, and mentorship while making a lasting impact on education and process excellence across the revenue cycle.
