Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Analyst with a focus on Professional Billing to support revenue cycle operations within a large, complex healthcare environment. This role will be responsible for configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic billing workflows, ensuring accurate claims processing and reimbursement. This position sits within a payer-provider environment and supports the provider-side revenue cycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing
  • Support end-to-end professional billing workflows including charge capture, claims generation, and reimbursement
  • Build and manage workqueues (WQs), edits, and billing rules
  • Troubleshoot claim errors, denials, and billing discrepancies
  • Partner with revenue cycle, HIM, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts
  • Assist with testing (unit, integration, regression) for system changes and releases

Requirements

  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification (required)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Epic Resolute PB
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and billing operations
