Job Description:

The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between IT and business units to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise systems. The role leads intake activities including ROI analysis and proforma development, gathers and documents business and system requirements, and evaluates new applications and system alternatives to meet evolving business needs. A significant portion of the role includes resolving break-fix issues, performing system maintenance, and supporting integrations with third-party radiology and cardiology applications in collaboration with Epic technical support. This position also supports workflow optimization to enhance system usability, integration performance, and the overall patient experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise systems
  • Lead intake activities including ROI analysis and proforma development
