7 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation or development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry is required

Job Responsibility

Assists in day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to aid the team in obtaining defined Key Performance Indicators and service levels
Helps in developing the team to ensure consistency in overall productivity and performance. Monitors individual performance and suggests areas for additional professional development as necessary
Organizes planning of resources inclusive of allocation and prioritization of workload. Assists in defining work deadlines and coordinates completion of activities
Identifies new opportunities for process, system, and staff improvements. Encourages critical problem solving and independent thinking amongst the team
Operates as a change agent for the team by generating excitement for new initiatives and projects
Provides continual mentorship of staff in areas of technical and professional development
