Job Responsibility

Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing
Support end-to-end professional billing workflows including charge capture, claims generation, and reimbursement

Troubleshoot claim errors, denials, and billing discrepancies
Partner with revenue cycle, HIM, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
