We’re looking for an Epic Owner for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with potential to extend, to join our diverse, talented and innovative digital technology team who together are helping our customers and communities build a better future. Job Responsibility:
Lead discovery activities to shape epics, define scope, and build compelling business cases from inception through to value realisation
Break down complex initiatives into deliverable features and epics, contributing to portfolio planning, PI planning and delivery roadmaps
Manage dependencies, risks and priorities across multiple teams and programs within a hybrid agile delivery environment
Partner with senior stakeholders across Digital, Technology and the business to influence outcomes and ensure strategic alignment
Requirements:
Significant experience in senior delivery roles such as Epic Owner, Program Manager or Senior Project Manager within digital or technology environments
Hands‑on experience working in agile delivery models, including PI planning and scaled or hybrid agile frameworks (e.g. SAFE)
Strong stakeholder management, planning and financial acumen, with experience managing complex dependencies and delivery outcomes at scale
