We’re looking for an Epic Owner for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with potential to extend, to join our diverse, talented and innovative digital technology team who together are helping our customers and communities build a better future. Job Responsibility

  • Lead discovery activities to shape epics, define scope, and build compelling business cases from inception through to value realisation
  • Break down complex initiatives into deliverable features and epics, contributing to portfolio planning, PI planning and delivery roadmaps
  • Manage dependencies, risks and priorities across multiple teams and programs within a hybrid agile delivery environment
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Digital, Technology and the business to influence outcomes and ensure strategic alignment

Requirements

  • Significant experience in senior delivery roles such as Epic Owner, Program Manager or Senior Project Manager within digital or technology environments
  • Hands‑on experience working in agile delivery models, including PI planning and scaled or hybrid agile frameworks (e.g. SAFE)
  • Strong stakeholder management, planning and financial acumen, with experience managing complex dependencies and delivery outcomes at scale
