Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Epic Caboodle Developer to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives within an Epic-aligned data environment. This role focuses on building scalable Caboodle data solutions, writing high‑performance SQL, and delivering actionable reporting to stakeholders across multiple business units. Ideal candidates are strong communicators who can balance multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical and business partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and enhance Epic Caboodle analytics and reporting solutions for enterprise stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain data structures, transformations, and datasets using Caboodle (and Clarity as needed)
  • Write and optimize complex T‑SQL for performance, accuracy, and scalability
  • Partner with business and analytics teams to define requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Create dashboards and reports
  • iterate based on feedback and shifting priorities
  • Support concurrent reporting requests with strong communication and documentation
  • Contribute to analytics modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Epic Caboodle Certification
  • 3+ years of Epic Caboodle development experience
  • Strong T‑SQL (MS SQL Server) skills
  • Hands-on experience with the Caboodle data model (Clarity integration as applicable)
  • Proven delivery of Epic reporting and analytics outputs
  • Strong soft skills: clear communicator, responsive during EST hours, able to manage multiple stakeholder requests
