Job Description

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 2+ years in BI, data warehousing, or analytics
  • Epic reporting experience required (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle)
  • Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and visualization
  • Ability to turn business needs into technical solutions
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with data warehousing solutions, business analytics platforms, or related BI environments
  • Experience developing reporting or analytics solutions using business intelligence technologies and data modeling principles
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR data structures and reporting tools, with exposure to Epic Clinical and Epic Clarity strongly valued
  • Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into clear technical requirements and reporting outputs
  • Working knowledge of data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization within BI or warehouse-based reporting environments
  • Epic Cogito certification or completion of the full Cogito training track required within 90 days of start
  • Epic Clarity and Caboodle certification, including at least one data model certification, required within 90 days of start
