Job Description

Our large healthcare client is looking to bring on an Epic HB Analyst to help stand up a product-based support team in the patient financial experience space. This analyst will support all build, maintenance, and optimization within the HB module, ensuring clean claims, accurate reimbursement, and efficient end-to-end billing workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Support all build, maintenance, and optimization within the HB module, ensuring clean claims, accurate reimbursement, and efficient end-to-end billing workflows
  • Help stand up a product-based support team in the patient financial experience space

Requirements

  • Certified in Epic HB
  • Deep understanding of the HB module including claims, charge capture, reimbursement, fee schedules, and contract configuration
  • Experience collaborating with revenue cycle operations, financial leaders, and cross functional Epic teams to support optimization work
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a rapidly changing environment
