Job Description

To support and maintain global governance of EOS SCM and SQD processes, ensuring alignment with Aptiv’s compliance standards, digital tools, and reporting requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and govern EOS (Enterprise Operating System)
  • Act as Document Controller for global SC and SQD swimlanes
  • Responsible to make sure that each EOS documents are reviewed at least once in 2 years
  • Provide guidelines/support to the requester to document the Process in EOS for new/existing documents
  • Conduct review meeting with stake holders on behalf of Swimlane Champion
  • Responsible to administer the documents starting with reception of DCR Document Change Request through publishing of the document
  • Assures EOS formats are followed using EOS templates and document numbering schemas
  • Manages the EOS Team Matrix and updates as requested
  • Work with SMEs and Process Owners to prepare process documentation
  • Coordinate regular document updates to assure right ownership, content, and compliance
  • Support SC Swimlane Champion with cross regional standardization of EOS structure and documentation. Work with cross-regional teams to assure alignment
  • Support Process Optimization to assure efficiency, effectiveness and simplicity
  • Refresh all current documents with new EDS templates and wording

Requirements

  • Cross-Regional Coordination: Ability to manage tasks and communications across multiple regions and time zones
  • Process mapping, ability to transfer processes into flowchart, build work instruction and training materials
  • Governance & Compliance Understanding: Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and supplier compliance requirements
  • Process Optimization: Experience in improving and streamlining business processes
  • SAP & Ariba Knowledge: Understanding of supplier data flows and registration processes (preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Detail orientated
  • Self-driven and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities

  • Provide operational support to outsourced third-party payroll processor to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees
  • Act as relationship manager to their cross-functional teams including Payroll Services, Customer Service, Tax Filing, Garnishment, and Overpayment Shared Services
  • Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment while meeting all deadlines with weekly payrolls processing for 20,000 exempt, non-exempt and contingent labor workers
  • Analyzes, audits, validates, and prepares control totals from the timekeeping solution for payroll processing in accordance with the payroll schedule
  • Run standard reports to identify exception time situations
  • Prepare and upload necessary pay components to support weekly, biweekly and/or monthly processing
  • Escalates complex timekeeping & attendance issues and follows through to resolution, ensuring appropriate communication to all involved parties
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to the shared Payroll inbox and partner ticketing management system
  • Generates and distributes standard and ad hoc payroll reports as needed for internal finance and operational departments to track labor costs
  • Develops close working relationships with internal partners such as the Finance & Accounting teams, Benefits, IT, etc. to quickly resolve issues and handle special requests
