Job Description

EOS Coordinator ensures compliance of the Quality management system with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 requirements and supports continuous improvement across processes and teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and legal requirements
  • Continuous evaluation of internal requirements (procedures, standards, etc.) to support achieving business needs and follow industry growth
  • Manage documentation: creation, revision, distribution, and control
  • Plan and conduct internal and external audits
  • analyze results and follow up on corrective actions
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and standards
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to improve processes
  • Support risk assessments related to quality processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce non-conformities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry (preferably in the Quality department)
  • Experience with QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949
  • VDA knowledge is a plus)
  • Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP, 5S, OSA)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (5why, Ishikawa)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office
  • Certifications ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor, VDA 6.3 is advantage
