Job Responsibility:
Provides oversight and leads the implementation and continuous improvement of the Environmental Management Information System (EMIS)
Responsible for field implementation support of all environmental media (i.e. air, water, waste, spills/remediation, land), permit/jurisdictional and COP compliance responsibilities
Serve as the technical point of contact on all environmental issues for the assigned function
Maintain key environmental tools such as Compliance Database, Intelex, spill reporting, water use, air quality records
Coordinate with other environmental professionals to share information and ensure shared understanding of environmental requirements
Identify and address potential compliance issues proactively and assist in developing plans to maintain compliance during the project
Assist in communicating environmental requirements to contractors and conduct compliance assurance checks
Support/champion COP initiatives, programs, audits, agency inspections and related demands
Serve as the SPOC for questions from contractors and/or scope leaders on Environmental matters
Actively interface with KSOP and ACS Spill Response personnel
Provide day-to-day oversight of ACS Techs assigned to the function
Partner with HSE Director in assessing seasonal or project-based staffing needs
Manage all environmental data, recordkeeping, reporting and documentation
Collaborate with HSE Director regarding incidents and notifications
Develop and manage a Red Book training schedule
