Job Responsibility

Actively participate in team communication/knowledge sharing during team meetings
Assist your team in providing product technical support
Assist with the creation of thorough ticket summaries, user stories, and bugs
Attend and observe client meetings
Escalate tickets to other team members per standard operating procedures
Review and contribute to forum posts (to be posted by other team members)
Develop knowledge in features and functionality of one or more of your team’s EQuIS products
Learn the environmental data industry and EarthSoft’s clients
Learn EarthSoft’s product development lifecycle process
Coordinate and collaborate amongst various EarthSoft departments and groups
