Environmental Services Technician

• Provide customer service, to include checking members check in and problem solving for all customer
• Compiles and processes information for the Wellness Center, includes typing, filing, auditing, copying, maintaining and monitoring department and membership records
• Provides department services including Pro Shop and Energy Stop services to members
• Helps with planning, scheduling, and organizing of special projects and events
• Maintains front desk and lobby, including boards, event signage and facility program communication
• Perform value added activities which result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction
• Performs other related duties as signed or requested by manager
