We are hiring a full-time Environmental Services Technician to support Surgical Services in a clean, organized, and patient-focused healthcare environment. This role is ideal for individuals seeking steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and true work-life balance—with no weekends and no holidays required. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming space for patients, providers, and staff.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment within surgical service areas
  • Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Refill supplies and promptly remove trash and linens
  • Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including burnishers, auto scrubbers, and vacuums
  • Follow infection control standards, safety policies, and PPE requirements
  • Use proper body mechanics and chemical handling procedures
  • Respond to emergency pages and complete assigned tasks efficiently

Requirements

  • No prior experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospital or healthcare housekeeping experience (preferred, not required)
