High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
1-2 years experience with prior housekeeping experience preferred
Basic computer skills preferred
Able to operate small electrical equipment i.e., vacuum cleaners
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English as related to the performance of the essential job activities outlined (including reading and comprehending chemical labels and other safety materials)
Job responsibilities involve walking, standing, bending, climbing and lifting throughout the work day
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance

Job Responsibility

Scrub, strips, polishes and refinishes floors using appropriate equipment and/or supplies
Operates various types of cleaning equipment, both mechanical and electrical
Clean or sanitize after emergency spill as requested
Analyzes floor or carpet conditions and determines proper cleaning techniques
Maintains hard surface floors and carpets
Exhibits timely and satisfactory completion of all job assignments
Exercises initiative by seeking additional tasks
Uses and maintains equipment, keeping clean and in good repair
Keeps work area in orderly, clean and safe condition
Collects hazardous and medical waste according to hospital processes

Job Responsibility

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Solar Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, servicing, and repairing solar PV systems and associated equipment
The primary objective is to maintain safe, effective, efficient, and profitable solar PV operation
Level I: Assists higher level Technicians in performing maintenance
Performs other technical and administrative duties associated with operating and maintaining a power facility
Ensures work is performed in accordance with Environmental and Safety requirements
Participate in required training, including On-the-Job Training, Self-Study, Computer Based Training and Classroom Training
Performs other duties as assigned within the level I scope
Level II (Additions): Performs corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance and operations for which they are qualified to safely and efficiently perform
Performs work independently and/or in work crews
Travel required as needed
