Job Description:

The Resident Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for the success of a large Environmental Services account, managing client relations, along with ensuring that the services offered to customers is of superior quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a much larger role in administrative functions
  • Focuses on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and best practices to exceed expectations
  • Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
  • Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives of the Housekeeping department
  • Supports analysis of department’s financial data and statistics
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant management experience, ideally as a Director of Environmental Services in a hospital setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
  • Displays general business acumen
