Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you as Sustainability Reporting Analyst will be supporting us to centralize and standardize sustainability data collection across multiple Business Units (BUs), ensuring reasonable assurance and compliance with CSRD and group-level sustainability reporting requirements. The role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely reporting for biannual sustainability cycles, managing data processes, and enhancing reporting efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability reporting, data validation, and process improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Standardize sustainability data collection across multiple Business Units (BUs)
Collaborate with local teams to simplify data collection and minimize their reporting efforts
Verify and validate environmental data to ensure accuracy and identify potential gaps
Manage data upload processes into central reporting tools, ensuring consistency and completeness
Ensure accurate and timely biannual sustainability reporting, aligning with group-level requirements
Provide regular insights and analysis to support decision-making and enhance sustainability performance
Support process improvements and drive automation to increase reporting efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Reporting/Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sustainability/ESG reporting (preferably within a multinational organization)
Knowledge of CSRD, and ESG compliance frameworks are beneficial
Experience with data collection, validation, and reporting tools
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization and reporting tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a structured and accurate way whilst working with multiple teams and stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written English required. Other languages are a plus

Nice to have:

Knowledge of CSRD, and ESG compliance frameworks are beneficial
