Environmental Officer

This is a practical, purpose-driven role where the work you do directly contributes to the health of Napier’s environment. As an Environmental Officer, you’ll support the monitoring and management of stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water systems helping ensure we meet our regulatory responsibilities while protecting our natural surroundings. You’ll be out in the field as well as behind the data collecting samples, supporting investigations, and working alongside a range of teams and stakeholders. Whether it’s responding to environmental incidents, contributing to compliance work, or helping improve how we do things, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference.
