Coordinate and manage the Environmental Team, ensuring efficient execution of environmental processes across renewable energy projects. Prepare environmental documentation and conduct administrative procedures related to obtaining environmental permits, decisions, and approvals necessary for project implementation. Cooperate with relevant authorities, institutions, contractors, public administration bodies, and environmental supervision authorities. Supervise environmental permitting processes for renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic farms, wind farms, and energy storage systems. Monitor changes in environmental protection regulations and administrative procedures. Support project teams in ensuring compliance of investments with environmental requirements and regulations. Requirements:
University degree in Environmental Protection, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geography, Spatial Planning, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental permitting and administrative procedures related to infrastructure or renewable energy projects
Practical knowledge of Polish environmental regulations and procedures related to RES investments
Experience in managing environmental decision-making processes for photovoltaic, wind, or energy storage projects
Experience in team coordination and managing multiple ongoing projects
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to cooperate effectively with public administration bodies and external stakeholders
Ability to manage deadlines and work in a dynamic project environment
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Proficiency in MS Office tools
