This position involves the collection and compilation of environmental data from sites, under different stages or phases of environmental work processes.
Job Responsibility:
Carefully operate field equipment and instruments
Perform biological monitoring
Generate and log detailed field notes and data collection sheets
Perform basic calculations related to sampling data
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience required
Associate's degree in environmental science, Geology, or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Geology, or related field a plus
Three or more (3+) years of relevant industry-related experience
Knowledge in the operation and use of field equipment, which includes, but is not limited to, 4x4 trucks, compass, tablet, range finder, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must hold a valid state driver's license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check
Nice to have:
