Job Responsibility:

  • Be responsible for the management, monitoring, and reporting of key environmental matters across facilities, ensuring legal compliance, data quality, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ongoing monitoring of environmental legislation applicable to activities and facilities using the Wordlex platform

  • Mandatory registration and reporting of energy consumption on the DGEG portal, including invoice collection, data consolidation, and submission per facility
  • Internal and corporate reporting of energy consumption (electricity and gas), ensuring data quality, consistency, traceability, and audit support
  • Contribution of data at corporate level for sustainability reporting and indices, namely ESG reporting
  • Monitoring of energy efficiency topics, including energy certificates and audits, in coordination with internal teams
  • Management and monitoring of water consumption across facilities, including analysis, validation, consolidation, and critical interpretation of data from PSE and internal systems
  • Environmental licensing of water abstraction, discharge, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), including application, submission, follow-up, and control of the Single Environmental Title (TUA) via the SILiAmb (APA) portal
  • Mandatory external reporting to APA, namely water abstraction consumption, ensuring traceability and evidence archiving
  • Contribution of corporate-level data for sustainability reporting and indices, through analysis, consolidation, and submission of water consumption, supporting ESG reporting and external audits
  • Management and monitoring of waste generation across facilities, including analysis of quantities produced, verification of EWC codes, and harmonization of data across companies and sites
  • Validation and issuance of e-GARs, including control of Waste Management Operators (OGR) and their respective Single Environmental Titles (TUA)
  • Mandatory external reporting of waste generation through MIRR submission on the APA portal, ensuring legal compliance and evidence archiving
  • Internal and corporate reporting of waste data, ensuring quality, consistency, traceability, and audit support
  • Management and maintenance of the inventory of equipment containing fluorinated gases, including technical characterization and legal classification
  • Control and monitoring of interventions carried out on equipment, including gas leakages, maintenance, and compliance with mandatory labeling requirements
  • Compilation, processing, consolidation, and annual analysis of fluorinated gas data
  • Mandatory external reporting to APA through submission of fluorinated gas forms on SILiAmb, ensuring traceability and evidence archiving

Requirements:

  • Academic background in environmental engineering
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in similar roles
  • Advanced user of Office (especially data processing)
  • Good level of English
  • Availability to travel / Driver's license
  • Capacity to execute and deliver rigorous and well-balanced results in a timely manner, combined with a flexibility and agility to work on various projects
