Job Description

Leading on-site EHS operations for a Commercial Property in Bangalore. Role involves client service delivery, team leadership, compliance, and operational management.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead on-site operations for a Commercial Property in Bangalore
  • Take charge of EHS programmes for clients’ properties
  • Ensure service delivery is at its best in site operations, contract, procurement, financial, or team management
  • Collaborate with top management and site team for both client and JLL
  • Drive a spirit of collaboration to ensure team runs to maximum efficiency
  • Support various client-specific programmes such as technology launches, trainings, and user experience initiatives
  • Oversee all key performance indicators in the region
  • Ensure team is meeting clients’ requirements
  • Conduct system integrity audits, reports, presentations, and overall portfolio management
  • Act as the single point of contact for the client team regarding EHS activities
  • Support regional / local initiatives by driving consistent implementation and delivery
  • Lead a team of fire and safety experts
  • Boost talents’ career growth and employee retention through trainings and stable succession plans
  • Motivate the team and usher them into victory over difficult business decisions
  • Serve as an important mediator to settle conflicts
  • Maintain consistency of services by working closely with account leads and site teams

Requirements

  • At least 8 years’ experience in handling EHS in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field, managing multiple sites /locations simultaneously
  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/ EHS/ Safety
  • min 8 years of working experience in Facility Industry /Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving conflicts between client and firm requirements
  • Proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in effectively training staff and promoting open and collaborative working relationships
