Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program
Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification preferred but not required
Interest in transportation engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation is a plus

Job Responsibility

Work alongside experienced engineers on meaningful transportation projects
Contribute to project delivery through CAD drafting and design support
Assist with research and preparation of technical reports
Participate in field observations and site visits as needed
