Boeing Global Services, Repair Management is looking for an Entry-Level Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services business organization in our operations team. A successful candidate will be responsible for the initial verification of packages to check for identification and damage for both incoming and outgoing shipments. They will handle the processing of shipping and receiving documentation, manage package shipments, and assist in maintaining inventory of shipping and receiving supplies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 25 lbs. and manage cartons more than 25 lbs. utilizing available safety tools
  • Identifies and verifies part numbers, packages, and receipt of proper paperwork
  • Uses a computer or laptop to process packages for receipt or shipping
  • Picking and filling orders using a laptop computer
  • Receive parts and disburse to proper locations
  • Matches paperwork to box and prepares orders for receiving / shipping
  • Support reaching Departmental & Company Key Results
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Requirements:

  • General Warehouse Work Experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time to successfully perform the job requirements
  • Basic Computer Knowledge

  • Hazmat Certification
  • PIT Certification Preferred / Required upon hiring
