Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program
Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification preferred but not required
Interest in transportation engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation is a plus
