Job Responsibility

  • Handle purchasing for materials needed to support daily production
  • Work with production, warehouse, and other teams to help keep materials available based on business needs
  • Review material lists and demand information to support purchasing and inventory planning
  • Prepare and track purchase orders, including quantities, order status, and delivery dates
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records by reviewing data and resolving differences
  • Analyze large amounts of information accurately while working under deadlines
  • Work with finance and accounting to keep purchasing records, pricing, and related documents up to date

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management is required
  • Background working with inventory management processes and material planning activities
  • Familiarity with purchase order processing and day-to-day purchasing department functions
  • Finance or accounting knowledge that supports accurate data handling and transaction review
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Proficiency using ERP or similar business systems, along with Excel for reporting and analysis
