Job Responsibility

  • Support procurement activities by purchasing raw materials and supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and help ensure materials are available to meet production demand
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines
  • Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and troubleshoot supply issues
  • Learn to analyze data and provide timely updates and answers to leadership
  • Work within MS Navision to manage purchasing and inventory activity

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field strongly preferred if no experience
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency—you enjoy being the person with answers
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
