We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Paraplanner to join my clients' small team in the outskirts of Colchester! If you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting thorough research on Pension, Investment, and Protection options
  • Preparing Discussion Documents for Financial Adviser Meetings
  • Managing the Pre-Submission Process efficiently
  • Crafting detailed Suitability Reports
  • Arranging the Advisor's diary and arranging annual reviews
  • Running the Advisor back-office system
  • Welcoming clients and ensuring a positive experience during Adviser meetings
  • Point of contact for the clients on behalf of the Advisor

Requirements:

  • A or B in GCSE Maths is essential
  • Strong A Levels or a graduate
  • CII Financial Adviser Exam or exams are ideal, but not mandatory
  • The ability to work under pressure and remain composed
  • A fast-learning ability to adapt to the vibrant environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with numbers, as you will be working with financial data regularly
  • A genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress within the Financial Services sector
