Job Description

A well-established family law firm is currently looking for a Paralegal to enhance its team. The ideal Paralegal will have a paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school and an interest in family law OR 2+ years of family law experience and a paralegal certificate. This Paralegal will have a yearly billable target of 1200 hours. The work hours for this paralegal role are 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Responsibility

  • Propounding and responding to discovery
  • Calendaring deadlines
  • Preparing petitions, disclosures, and other legal documents
  • Handling court filings
  • Assisting in trial preparation
