Job Responsibility
Maintains and updates accurate records, performing regular self-audits to ensure data integrity
Orders, tracks, and distributes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to factory personnel
Coordinates employee access, visitor sign-ins, and enforce security protocols
Manages procurement and inventory of non-production materials, including office supplies, PPE, and facility-related items
Supports new hire onboarding processes and related administrative tasks
Assists with external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing projects and operational efficiency initiatives
Provides administrative assistance to resolve emergent issues and support daily factory operations
Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
Experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems
Experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting
Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
Experience with project management and self-managing projects
