Job Description:

This position focuses on supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop their accounting skills in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Prepare basic financial reports for internal review
  • Maintain and update general ledger entries
  • Help ensure accounting controls are followed
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Provide support for audits and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies
  • Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets for data entry and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and accounting best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
