Randstad Winnipeg is currently hiring dependable General Labourers for our manufacturing and logistics partners. This is a consistent, entry-level gateway position where your physical contributions directly drive our production success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and moving of materials weighing between 30 and 50 lbs as needed
  • Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintain a high standard of inventory organization to keep operations running smoothly
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels while standing, walking, and bending throughout a full shift

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of previous warehouse or industrial experience is considered a strong asset
  • Strong sense of balance and dexterity
  • CSA-certified steel-toed boots is REQUIRED for site access
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation is preferred to ensure consistent attendance
  • Prior experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read English labels
