Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and motivated Entry-Level HR Recruiter to support our hiring efforts and help connect great talent with career opportunities. This role is ideal for someone beginning a career in human resources or talent acquisition and looking to build experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate relationship management. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain entry-level experience in recruiting. This opportunity is based on-site five days a week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Handled heavy daily call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Review resumes and screen applicants for qualifications, skills, and interest
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate records
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Help draft and post job descriptions for open positions
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting or human resources experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Prior experience handling heavy daily call volume in a fast-paced environment
