We are seeking an organized and motivated Entry-Level HR Recruiter to support our hiring efforts and help connect great talent with career opportunities. This role is ideal for someone beginning a career in human resources or talent acquisition and looking to build experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate relationship management. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain entry-level experience in recruiting. This opportunity is based on-site five days a week.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Handled heavy daily call volume in a fast-paced environment
Review resumes and screen applicants for qualifications, skills, and interest
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate records
Support onboarding activities for new hires
Help draft and post job descriptions for open positions
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting or human resources experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
Prior experience handling heavy daily call volume in a fast-paced environment
