Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a well-organised filing system for both electronic and hard copy documents
  • Ensure all documents are carefully reviewed, approved, and stored according to our company standards
  • Implement document control procedures to guarantee compliance with industry regulations
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of required documentation
  • Conduct regular reviews of document management processes and suggest improvements to keep us ahead of the game
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures and best practises, sharing your knowledge with enthusiasm!
  • Monitor document revisions to ensure that the latest versions are always available to the right stakeholders

Requirements

  • A proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and possesses excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Approaches problems proactively with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with project management principles is desirable
