Our clients in-house creative agency is dedicated to developing breakthrough, omnichannel brand design systems. Their mission is to use creativity, craft, and emerging technology to build brand relevance in modern culture. They focus on insight-driven strategies and integrated solutions that grow the business while keeping the customer experience at the center of everything we do. We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented entry-level Designer to support the creation and evolution of our brand design systems and AI-assisted creative workflows. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or designer with 0–1 years of experience who has strong foundational skills and an interest in how Generative AI can enhance the creative process. You will contribute to brand identities, assist in the development of AI-enabled toolkits, and help produce high-quality creative assets across physical and digital channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the design and implementation of omnichannel brand systems across packaging, retail, digital, and campaign touchpoints
  • Assist in developing logos, typography systems, iconography, illustration styles, color palettes, and layout frameworks under senior guidance
  • Partner with senior designers and cross-functional teams to concept and execute creative assets
  • Contribute to AI toolkits designed to support the creative process, including prompt libraries, workflow documentation, and testing initiatives
  • Stay informed about trends in brand design, retail, culture, and Generative AI tools
  • Evolve your skillset with emerging AI features and creative workflows
  • Explore how AI can scale creative systems while maintaining strong craft and brand integrity
  • Follow brand guidelines and governance guardrails when creating and refining assets
  • Document prompts, workflows, and version histories for AI-generated work
  • Ensure outputs meet high standards for typography, layout, accessibility, compliance, and consistency
  • Maintain high attention to detail and craftsmanship in all deliverables
  • Contribute to design projects from concept through production with guidance from senior team members
  • Support pilots, workshops, and day-to-day production needs
  • Deliver organized, production-ready files on time and aligned with strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 0–1 years in a design role (internships and academic portfolio work included)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, color, and visual systems
  • Portfolio demonstrates a thoughtful design process, attention to detail, and strategic thinking
  • Exposure to or strong interest in Generative AI tools (text and/or image-based) and iterative prompt exploration
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback

Nice to have:

  • Experience experimenting with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar
  • Motion design, After Effects, or illustration skills
  • Experience creating mock-ups or simple 3D visualizations
